King's Vs St Dunstan’s college 2nd October

King’s turned up ready to continue their winning streak apart from Temi who thought it was an away game. A slow start to the warm up meant that the boys had to prove themselves early on in the game. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case and St Dunstan’s took an early 3 point lead.

However all this 3 point leda did was give King’s the kick start they needed. A fantastic reply to the early points came from Lewis Utchanah bouncing off tackles and Pierce Sinden scoring his second try of the season and the first of two, in this game.

King’s continued to play on the front foot with Barnaby Thomas ghosting through the defence to score a brilliant try. King’s knew that we still had a lot more to prove.

James Watmough and Sam Nash did what the big boys do best, causing havoc in the collision zone always gaining ground. Marcus Sinden proved to be a hot stepper, no one knew he could be so dangerous in the wide areas. Jamie Ford’s pace allowed him to always get over the gain line and looked a threat throughout the game . The Harrison Fermor and Max Butler chemistry allowed Max to score 4 tries. Callum Macdonald was excellent under the high ball and even better running the ball back.

The boys were very happy to take a 42-3 victory on the mighty Alps and the team are very excited to be undefeated at home this season. Man of the match goes to Max Butler for his four tries and a big thank you for all those who came to watch and support.
